Saudi Arabia

A large country extending across the Arabian Peninsula in the Middle East. The vast land of Saudi Arabia is arid and thinly populated. Both Mecca and Medina, the two holiest cities in Islam, are located in the country's western highlands, making it the most important destination for Muslim pilgrimage in the world, with millions of pilgrims visiting the region every year. The eastern parts of the country are abundant with oil fields that have, since the 1960s, made Saudi Arabia an extremely wealthy nation, to the point where the name is now stereotypically associated with extravagant riches.

antenna

Insects, myriapods, and crustaceans all have a pair of thin, protruding sensory organs on their heads called antennae (the plural form of antenna). The term can also refer to a metallic wire or rod that is used for receiving or transmitting radio waves.

wrecker

A towing truck sent by the police force to sites of traffic collisions, accidents, or other incidents that require the removing of a disabled vehicle from the road. The term"wrecker" derives from the function this vehicle provides in cleaning up car "wrecks."

sergeant

In the United States police force, the term refers to a police officer ranking below captain or lieutenant.

cubicle

A small work space within a large office that is partitioned off, usually with low walls.

blue heron

The great blue heron is a large water bird native to North America. It can be found in saltwater as well as freshwater habitats, and is quite common in the Southwest, along riverbanks, marshes, and lakes.

In the Navajo creation myth, the First World (or underworld) was completely dark, with a small island in the middle of four seas. The Heron was one of the supernatural beings who was in charge of one of the seas. The other three rulers were Big Water Creature, Frog, and White Thunder. The Heron is also associated with the Second World, which is characterized by the color blue. Finally, Heron is the creature sent back into the underworld to fetch witchcraft, an ambiguous bundle of powers that can be employed for good or bad reasons, at the behest of First Woman and First Man.

Aquarius

A star constellation that, in the Northern Hemisphere, can be seen in the southern sky. Although it lacks specific defining features, it was imagined in ancient Babylonian and Greek mythologies to resemble a water bearer (Aquarius in Latin).

A term in astronomy referring to a group of stars that can be seen from Earth as forming a certain shape. Various ancient mythologies (such as Greek, Euphratean, and Native American) contain stories based on star constellations that were imagined as characters and objects that interacted with humans on earth. Modern astronomy has defined and categorized 88 constellations that aid in mapping star systems and tracking artificial satellites.

In Spanish, this phrase is the imperative, or command, to "be careful" or to "take care."

crowbar

A crowbar, also known as a wrecking bar, is a metal bar with a flat, wedge-shaped edge at one end. A crowbar is a work tool used for prying things open through the use of leverage.
